Show us the path or steps you’d like to light, including approximate length and nearby power. We’ll review spacing, cable routes, ground conditions, and suitable equipment before agreeing on a design.

Delivery & installation

We’ll confirm service to your address, an available installation date, and your final total before payment. Any travel charge is confirmed in advance.

Your quote confirms the light fixtures, placement, installation work, and any travel cost. Electrical work or other changes to the space are discussed separately before booking.

Removal & aftercare

We’ll agree on the display period and any maintenance, removal, or ongoing care. A year-round installation is designed with equipment and a care plan suited to staying in place.

Your proposal sets out the design, materials, installation, travel, and any separately quoted support or removal. It also confirms what you keep and any storage arrangements. Payment terms are agreed for your project before booking. Sending a request does not reserve a date or take payment.
